The colon, also known as the large intestine is an important part of the digestive system.
It is approximately 5ft in length and 2 1/2 inches in diameter.
When the colon does not function properly toxic waste can build up which can be re absorbed into the blood stream, the repercussions may be seen throughout the body system .

It is estimated that a large percentage (approx 80%) of illnesses are caused by malfunction of the colon.
The West has the highest incidence of colon cancer.

A gentle internal bath using warm purified water and gentle gravitational pressure through the rectum to the colon combined with special massage techniques to help soften and cleans compacted faecal matter, toxins, gas and mucous deposits.
Herbal and pro-biotic implants may be used and you may be given advice on some dietary changes to help further treatments.  You will also be given a pro-biotic to help put back some of the good bacteria as it is impossible to only select the bad bacteria during the treatment and advised to continue to take the pro-biotic while having treatments and for a period after.

WHAT IS INVOLVED:
Your first visit will involve taking a case history and a full explanation of the procedure.  The treatment itself will take approx 30 to 45 minutes.
How many treatments are required depends entirely on each individuals needs and advice will be given in an after treatment consultation.
